"On May 25, 2011, my husband Anthony D. was taken to a "gold star" hospital where he was diagnosed by the medical doctor with a very severe stroke. The doctors were able to stabilize and care his life. He endured a long course of therapy and treatment and stayed in the hospital for sixty-nine days.
